Philip Morris International (PMI) has invested approximately $16 million to date in Medicago and is working with us to explore new opportunities in tobacco adjacent businesses. For Medicago, this partnership has allowed us to secure resources to initiate human clinical development of our lead vaccine in 2009 and provides us with access to PMI’s expertise in tobacco science.
